Welcome message

     We are pleased to announce and invite you to the 5^th International conference of the Arab Society for Medical Research, which will be hosted in Sharm El Sheikh, the major tourist hotspot and resort city in Egypt. This event is a result of collaboration with the League of Arab States. The Arab Society for Medical Research is aiming to foster co-operation and networking of medical schools of Arab Countries in order to advance medical research globally. You are all invited to attend, and submit your research abstracts for poster or oral presentations, or take part in panel discussions. We are looking forwards to your active participation and early submission of abstracts, hoping for further collaboration.

Venue: Dreams Vacation Resorts which is consider one of the world’s most fascinating locations located in Sharm El Sheikh, on the coastal strip along the Red Sea of South Sinai Governorate, in Egypt.

Visa Requirement: The Egyptian visa can be easily obtained at all Egyptian    consulates and/or embassies all over the world.

Climate: The weather in Egypt at the time of the conference is pleasant with an average temperature range of 25 - 30ºC.

Medical Exhibition: All companies and firms interested in the field of the conference are invited to share in the accompanying exhibition. Also, journal and medical books publishers are welcomed.

Call for Abstracts/Full Article

 The abstract text (250 words maximum) must include the title, the names and affiliations of all authors (presenting author underlined). The abstract should reflect the major contents of the full papers under the following labeled sections; Objective, Material and Methods, Results and Conclusion. The abstract should be written as Microsoft Word document applying font 11 Times New Roman, The title should be printed in capital letters, bold font and single spacing using B5 paper (18.2 cm width X 25.7 cm Length). The papers are presented orally or as posters, time allowed for presentation is 15 minutes.

       All the accepted abstracts are available to publish in the Journal of the Arab Society for Medical Research (JASMR) after the Peer-Reviewers evaluation. JASMR has been produced by Wolters Kluwer Health/Ovid & Medknow, the International publishing panels. The manuscripts must be submitted online via www.journalonweb.com/jasmr, for more information please visit: www.new.asmr.eg.net

Deadline for Abstract Submission: September 28^th, 2016

* Any abstract received after the closing date will be not accepted.

REGISTRATION

Registration Fees:

-         Conference fees include conference abstract registration, local transportation, accommodation for 3 nights/4 days (from 28 -31 October) in double rooms in Dreams Vacation Sharm El Sheikh (5 stars), based on Soft All Inclusive basis (Breakfast, lunch, Dinner, snacks & Drinks).

-         For single room 900 L.E. for Egyptian and 150 USA for Non Egyptian will be added to the conference fees.

-         Children up to 12 years old sharing parents' room without extra bed (maximum 2 children per room).

-   For interested companies 4000 L.E. without paper and 5000 L.E. with paper
