we would like to note that the General Assembly at its forty-third session, which was held at the University of Sirte - Libya in the period   20 to 21 / April 2010 issued a decision to suspend the membership of a number universities, including the Arab open Academy  in Denmark on the basis of the provisions of Article (17) of the base law  due to the lack of recognition by the authorities responsible for higher education in Denmark,
